One of the most highly-requested titles has finally joined the ranks of backward compatible games! That’s right, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is now backward compatible. Developed by Infinity Ward and released in 2008, this shooter remains one of the most acclaimed Call of Duty games of all time. With that addition, almost every Call of Duty title is now playable on Xbox One.

This now takes the total to 504 Xbox 360 games, 17 X enhanced 360 games and 32 Original Xbox games available on the Xbox One via backwards compatibility. All Original Xbox games run at 4x resolution on the Xbox One S and 16x resolution on the Xbox One X.
