Well it seems like yet another rumor/leak has come up for 2016’s Call of Duty game. But this seems a bit more legitimate than the ones we’ve seen in the past, as this one comes straight from Sony.
On the PlayStation store’s weekly update, Sony accidentally leaked the name of this year’s Call of Duty; Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Sony quickly removed the title from the update, but you can see a picture of it below.
Note that this is the only picture of this supposed leak as of this posting, so it could easily be fake. But if it is real, it suggest yet another Scifi setting for the series; something fans that do not want. Why Activision keeps pushing for a scifi setting when fans want a World War II or modern day setting is one of the biggest mysteries in gaming.
If this leak is real, it suggests that Activision and Infinity Ward are close to revealing the game. So expect an official reveal in the coming weeks.
