Anthem Tops the UK Weekly Charts

Thanks to GamesIndustry.biz, we have a list of the top ten games for the UK weekly charts. This week sees some interesting results, as Anthem tops the UK weekly charts however, it’s debut sales are somewhat softer than expected. Please do note that these refer to physical sales only.

Here’s the top ten games on the UK Weekly Charts, ending February 23rd: 

1. Anthem
2. Far Cry: New Dawn
3. FIFA 19
4. Red Dead Redemption 2
5. Metro Exodus
6. Forza Horizon 4
7. New Super Mario Bros U. Deluxe 
8. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
9. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4
10. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Far Cry: New Dawn only fell slightly, while Metro Exodus dipped slightly but is still doing well and is likely to be the best-selling game of the series. Jump Force and Crackdown 3 have fallen out of the top ten. Forza Horizon 4 leaped back up into the top ten and the playerbase seems to be growing well.

Overall, it’ll be interesting to see what Anthem‘s total sales data looks like over the next few weeks.
