Aladdin has kicked John Wick of the top of the box office this weekend. With an estimated $85 million domestically the movie is doing very well. Expect the movie to finish off the long holiday weekend with over $100 million. Right now Aladdin sits at $207 million worldwide at the box office. The movie hasn’t had the best reviews for a live action Disney movie.
Birghtburn opened to a healthy $7.5 million in its first weekend. The movie is expected to do well given the relatively low budget. The comedy Booksmart opened with $6 million in ticket sales. John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum added $24.3 million this weekend, it has now grossed more money than the last movie.

Next weekend I can’t wait for the movie that is coming out. Godzilla: King of the Monsters will be released on May 31st. The Elton John movie Rocketman will be joining Ma as the other movies that will be released next week.
