Crunchyroll is bringing a lot of excitement with the recent announcements regarding the Webtoons anime adaptations, one of those being the Tower of God. This series will serve as the first test for Webtoons being brought to life in anime form. Just how will these series stand up to the stronghold that Japan has over the industry? Well, we will soon find out since we have now received a premiere date for the anime.
The highly anticipated webtoon will be making its worldwide release on April 1st, to start the Spring season off with a bang. Along with the announcement of the premiere date, we were also given another trailer that you can check out below. It seems Crunchyroll is putting all of their eggs in this basket as they try to bolster their already massive catalog with more original series from the digital publisher down the road.
