A documentary program in Japan known as “Jonetsu Tairiku” has revealed that the Attack on Titan manga will be entering its final arc. Hajime Isayama (the creator of the series) will appear on the program when the new episode airs on November 18th. They also shared a small teaser video of what viewers can expect. Hajime Isayama said back in 2014, “The serialization is slated to end in three to four years.” It looks like he was right on schedule with where he wanted to end the series. The Attack on Titan manga launched in Kodansha Shonen magazine back in 2009 and has sold 86 million copies worldwide to date. It will be sad to lose another series but I would rather see the manga end the way the author intended.
