Hitman 2 was a surprise announcement prior to E3 for many, there was a couple of reasons for that though. With a constant flow of content coming to Hitman: Season 1 still, and IO Interactive separating from Square Enix in 2017, there was no way a sequel could be coming. However it turns out the developers at IO Interactive took a page out of 47’s handbook and have managed to craft a sequel which looks to improve on everything built in Hitman: Season 1. With a steady flow of gameplay being shown ahead of its November 13th release date, late yesterday IO Interactive released a brand new gameplay trailer showing off a lush jungle environment. The amount of detail shown off in this trailer is astounding and it truly looks like a great step forward for the Hitman franchise.
