RUMOR: Casting Calls For Bully 2 May Have Been Leaked

It is no secret that most of Rockstars focus this generation has been on the unstoppable juggernaut that is Grand Theft Auto V. While also using a huge pool of resources and talent to develop Red Dead Redemption 2 which may be one of the most detailed open world games this generation. However, if like me you are a fan of Rockstars expansive catalog, this generation has been lacking in comparison to the last generation for that classic one of a kind Rockstar experience. However, this could be changing.

A leaked casting call for 7 actors for a “new unannounced video game title with a leading UK games developer, shooting at Pinewood Studios.” With these casting calls, there is not a lot of information in regards to who the characters are but there is a disclaimer for would be actors or actresses that would be interested.

“Mild violence and profanity will be used in scenes with the young performer. The project itself is a thriller/drama and all scenes with the young performer will be handled with sensitivity.”

This certainly fits the description of most Rockstar games, however, this could point to them trying to take a more serious approach to the game. Which could certainly be an interesting direction for the project.

Pinewood Studios London is set to be the location for this recording project. Pinewood Studios has an illustrious career of games that have been recorded there, such as 2017’s Wolfenstein The New Colossus. While there are no ironclad names behind this rumor, those it was teased that there have been some known Rockstar employees engaging with the casting call listings. It is also worth noting that former Rockstar insider Yan2295 mentioned that Rockstar would begin work on Bully 2 after Red Dead Redemption 2. We will keep our ear to the ground for more information, and a huge thanks to Rockstarintel for this initial leak of information!

What game would you like to see Rockstar make after the launch of Red Dead Redemption 2? Let us know in the comments and don’t forget to check back for the latest gaming news and information.
