After a grandiose reveal, screenshots, lots of cryptic teasing and some press-only showings at E3 2018 and Gamescom 2018, CD Projekt Red has finally revealed some Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay!

Cyberpunk 2077 is a narrative-driven, open world RPG from the creators of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. You play as V, a hired gun on the rise, who just got their first serious contract. In a world of cyberenhanced street warriors, tech-savvy netrunners and corporate life-hackers, today is your first step to becoming an urban legend.    
There is a ton shown in this footage, from customization to combat to dialogue options. Implants and cybernetics directly affect your HUD and abilities, there are multiple paths to take for different quests…honestly, it’s overwhelming. I’ll be re-watching and enjoying this footage several more times.
It’s also worth mentioning the message from CD Projekt Red at the end of the video. Deciding to show this footage to the public, even while they are deep in development and things about the game may change, is pretty awesome. While a release date is still likely a ways off, I can’t wait.
