Cyberpunk 2077 has been one of the more highly anticipated video game releases with a unique and subversive cyberpunk environment and a mysterious narrative to go with it. Today at Microsoft’s E3 conference, we got a brand new action packed trailer for the upcoming game as well as a release date.

According to the trailer, Cyberpunk 2077 is set to release on April 16th, 2020. The title will be available for PlayStation, Xbox and PC.

After the trailer was put out, CD Projekt Red also issued a press release about the collectors edition and what’s included. Though the game is not yet available for preorder, you can see the collectors edition and what will be included in it on their official site here.

In addition to the release date, the trailer offered players one more surprise; Keanu Reeves himself, playing as one of the characters in the game. Keanu was actually at the conference himself and came out on stage to talk about Cyberpunk 2077. He expressed how excited he was about this game and was the one to announce the release date to us himself. It’s unclear exactly what role he has in the game yet but is confirmed that he does indeed a character in game.
