For decades anime has thrived in Japan, brought to us from from various creators with extraordinary stories that have delivered amazing characters and adventures. However, over the years South Korea has been slowly creeping up with their own shows. If you don’t know, most Korean mangas can be found on Webtoon which is a free manga site that features an abundance of shows from creators all over the world. Now two of the most popular series are now getting an anime adaptation from Japanese studios – the Tower of God and Noblesse.

According to Yonkou Productions, the announcement was made during Seoul Comic Con. At this time we don’t have any information regarding which Japanese studio will be behind these series or when they will come out but we will be sure to update you as more information is released. As for me personally, I’m excited about this, since I’ve just caught up to the God of Highschool and I desperately want this series to get an anime.

To get a little more information on these series, the Tower of God follows the story of Bam, a young boy who decides to embark on a journey into the Tower of God to find his friend Rachel who mysteriously disappears into the tower. The tower s where only those who are chosen can enter. Once in the tower, you can have whatever you desire. Whether its wealth, power, pride, honor revenger or all of the above. Bam must overcome each floor of the tower by completing various test administered by the floors administrators, which could involve surviving from various monsters and beast to surviving an all-out brawl to be the last one standing.

As for Noblesse, this story follows rai who awakens from an 800-year slumber and decides to start his new life as a high school student with his loyal servant Frankenstein. Living peacefully amongst the humans, his peace is soon interrupted by some mysterious attackers called “The Unions”.

The Tower of God is currently still going with new chapters, as for Noblesse the series has currently ended. Will you be checking out any of these series on Webtoons? Let us know in the comment section below.
